I heard a pastor say, regarding people of the Muslim faith, “Too bad they are praying to the wrong God!” This was during a Sunday morning sermon. I flinched. Doesn’t the Bible say that there is only one God? I believe it does. I found at least six scripture references:
Mal 2:10 Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us? why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?
Mar 12:32 And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none other but he:
1Cr 8:6 But to us [there is but] one God, the Father, of whom [are] all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom [are] all things, and we by him.
Eph 4:6 One God and Father of all, who [is] above all, and through all, and in you all.
1Ti 2:5 For [there is] one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
Jam 2:19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
I recall Osama Bin Laden asking, during one of his taped messages, “Where was your God . . .?” (during the September 11 attacks in 2001). I also recall that only about 10% of the number of people that are usually in the twin towers died that day. Did “our God” not take care of the other 90%? Did “their God” not help them in their mission? It seems to me that “one God” dealt with both factions the best He could and still keep His promises.
Does it matter that some call God “Jehovah”? Should it matter if some label their Lord by the name “Buddha”, or “Mohammed”, or “Jesus”? Should it matter if they refer to the Bible or to the Koran? Is not a rose by any other name still a rose? Are we not all brothers and sisters, regardless of religion, or politics, or color of our skin, or geography? I remember a scene in the movie, “Oh, God!”, in which George Burns, as God, answers a question from religious leaders about Jesus, Mohammed, and Buddha. He stated, as best I recall, “They were all my sons.” Of course, that was just a movie, wasn’t it?
I, and my wife, Carolyn Richards, attempt to get the message across during our Christian concerts that “Prayer Works!” Prayer works for everyone, regardless of religion, or politics, or skin color, or sex, or any other physical or emotional difference. It seems to be a law of the universe as surely as the Law of Gravity is. There can be only one “god”, one “force”, one “cosmic consciousness”, or one “higher power” that makes prayer work, regardless what labels we put on it! Perhaps we would all get along better if everyone realized this. The differences here on earth are ours, not God’s.

If you are like me, you created web site metatags with the help of your Web master. Maybe like me, you didn’t spend time or money submitting to search engines because you weren’t techie enough.
Now you can optimize your search engine placement these five easy, non-techie ways. My Web site is now # 1 in Google.com and others. If you are in the top ten listings in your category (mine was book coaching) you are in good shape. This placement has put my web site URL on 4700 other sites with a link back to mine. With targeted viral marketing my sales are 30 times what I started with each month–now over $4500.
Here’s Five Ways to Get Search Engines to Boost your Ratings:
1. Makeover your signature file that goes out with every email you send. Include your fre.e report or ezine offer, your email, URL, and phone numbers plus a line with your product or service name on it. See more on this in my fre.e article “Top Ten Things to Do to Make your Signature File Sell” at www.bookcoaching.com/freearticles/article124.shtml.
2. Submit short articles to dozens of opt-in ezines who need content daily. Make a special offer in each signature file that relates to your article. Through a hyperlink, offer a free ezine with a free report by autoresponder. To get started, go to www.yahoogroups.com and subscribe to one of the opt-in ezines (no spam).
3. Rewrite your best list of key words and phrases you used for your Web site. Incorporate them into your excellent, well-edited short articles or tips. For more information go to www.goodkeywords.com or see my special fre.e report “Know Which Key Words Will Bring Targeted Visitors to your Web Site” at www.bookcoaching.com/freearticles/article-47.shtml
4. Submit to top Web sites looking for new content.. They want and need your information, because that is why people visit any site–for free information. Follow directions for each site. Many want a list of key words and a description. Others require your article by autoresponder. Four years ago, my URL was on 987 other Web sites. Today it’s on 4700. Amazing viral marketing!
5. Makeover your Web home page. Place those top key words and phrases in the top half of this page and in the links you list along the bottom or side of your page. Search engines pick up these and you receive a higher placement. For instance, my top key words include: book coaching, eBook, ePublishing, self-publishing, Online promotion, Web copywriting, Free Publicity.
Yes, you can buy key words and put paid ads in Google and Overture, but when I tried that I got almost 0 results and spent a lot of money. The above ways to boost your search engine placement are totally free. It’s a building process this viral marketing, but if you are willing to stay a while, you’ll get money results as well as becoming well known and trusted for your product or service.

It was Friday night. I finished reading a book about RSS feeds. Quickly set up one for my site, submitted it on directories and went to bed.
Sunday morning, I noticed a sale. Idly, I scanned my logs to see where the buyer had found me.
It was from Yahoo! Now that may not seem surprising, except… I had not been listed in Yahoo! before.
Curious, I did a Yahoo! Search for my domain name… and almost fainted in shock! There were 123 of my pages listed - many of them in the top 10 ranks on my best keywords.
My RSS feed had been listed within 48 hours - and since my other pages were linked from it, they had all been indexed by Yahoo! just as quickly. And for free!
Since then I have heard many others share similar experiences. It is no fluke. RSS is H-O-T. And search engines LOVE it.
So what is RSS? An acronym for Really Simple Syndication, it is a web language format designed to help syndicate content across different sources.
RSS has been around for more than 10 years but has only recently become popular. RSS feeds provide headlines and summaries of information in a concise and standardized way.
The rise in RSS popularity, specially among marketers, has many reasons. Email filters and new legislation have lowered the effectiveness of email marketing. Content syndication in many different ways is gathering momentum. And fresh, frequently updated content is the very essence of the Web.
How can you use RSS feeds in your marketing? Is there a way to turn RSS feeds into profits?
Absolutely. Here are some ideas:
- Beat email filters. Ask your subscribers, prospects and clients to sign up to your RSS feed along with your email newsletter. If the ezine gets blocked, they’ll still get your RSS feed.
- Spread the word. Offer your new, valuable content to many other ‘lazy’ website owners - in return for getting extra exposure of your name and brand to their audiences.
- Get listed on search engines. No one knows how long this ‘honeymoon’ will last. But ride the wave - and get into search engines quickly, inexpensively - by submitting your RSS feeds to them.
- Use the first-mover advantage. Dedicated RSS directories are mushrooming. Make sure your RSS feed is indexed in them and you could future-proof your business. Imagine if you were one of the first sites to be indexed in Google or Yahoo 5 years ago!
- Offer your readers new content. Keep creating your own content - but also use RSS feed syndication to offer other people’s content to your list. Less pain, less strain, more gain.
And that’s not all. On a bet, I sat down and listed 41 different ideas to profit from RSS feeds. I’m sure you can do it too - and turn the hot new revolution in online communication into a money magnet for your ebusiness.
Happy blogging.

Join man’s most important pursuits and you have got is a rage that’s commonly termed a sportsbook wagering web location. Well, what could conceivably be more inventive? Envisage a mix of fans cheering over any given favored local sports club, and always antes will be placed in parallel to the hubbub. Wanting to get a bit of the anticipation, bystanders routinely strive to surmise who will prevail in the imminent meet. In the end, this all eventually develops into a cute little meet termed sportsbook wagering web location.
If you want to place a bet, you will probably want to call on a sportsbook wagering web location, i.e. a place that accepts sportsbook wagering web location. In the U.S.A., we have no less than four states where to go for sports wagering officially, but if legality is no concern, you may do it essentially anywhere if you can locate a bookie AND happen to be a legal adult. Its insane that laptop computers are now becoming a standard consumer electronic, as if you should have one. Those searching for the new montevina offerings could be kept waiting as manufacturers have already mentioned possible shipment shortages. In fact if anything has hindered demand or shipments of notebooks then its been limited supplies of components. Manufacturers are trying to order the technology cycles but that doesn’t stop anyone from arriving and bettering things.
Gaming notebooks are one of the variations that have seen growing interest. Prices are also dropping because the technology cycles have become so small for laptop computers. Gaming performance on notebooks is fairly adequate considering the factors involved so if you require mobilility they give a good choice. Some of the issues like heat and noise still are present to a point but hardly in the mainstream systems. The designs are also fairly thin. Still there is a vast gap between the speed of laptops and computers however desktop computers are more roomy to provide for ample cooling and airflow that all help. I think gaming notebooks are always exciting to hear about because they are always testing the margins on portable technology.
There are always a few consumers that want a laptop custom built because they require to use it for specialised work. I’m partial to the notion that high quality parts go into a couple of custom notebooks. Particular sectors benefit because they only have aquire what they require. Let us face facts. You possibly aren’t like the masses and hence average notebook computers won’t suffice. Specialist users require custom notebooks for this reason. The service given by custom builders is also more individual in my opinon. Yet again an additional coudos to custom notebooks.
It will intriguing to see what gets released next. Except from what has previously been written UMPC’s are a further big product witnessing an increase this year. Its strange how technology developed for the undeveloped nations have become a trend in the first world countries. In my view the market would take well to a 15″ version based on the same roots. I thing forming an appealing price mark is a big barrier in all this. Sure enough the technology is accessible. I’m wondering how soon before we see gaming ultra mobiles. Every 12 months we see new gadgets so who’s guessing what we’ll see next.
For the cost these are the best laptops.
Free line rental deals are a form of cash back by redemption deal, whereby the level of cash back given is equal to the total cost of the contract.
With these deals, retailers offer the consumer the possibility of a completely cost free mobile phone handset with inclusive minutes and text messages.
What many customers fail to understand is how these companies make a profit from such a deal. The fact is they will lose money on these deals if you make a successful claim, so, in order to make a profit, they need to prevent a given number of people from redeeming their money.
Perhaps ‘prevent’ is the wrong choice of words here, as they could not legally ‘prevent’ you from redeeming your cash, discourage or hinder would be a better choice of phrase.
What these companies do is attach all kinds of strings to the redemption claim, for example stipulating that it must be made at a given point in time, and that certain (irrelevent) documents accompany the claim. Some retailers offering free line rental have earned a very bad reputation over the past few years, and consumers are increasingly suspicious of these deals.
If you are looking for a reliable free line rental company, then you should start with one of the many mobile phone comparison sites specialising in free line rental deals. Then, you will need need to do some research of your own, on the day! Terms and conditions fluctuate, you need to stay on your toes!
Do not blindly follow the reccommendation of others, as, that company may have changed its business practice in the mean time.Make sure you properly understand what you need to do to make a claim, and decide for yourself whether you think it is achievable. Finally, find out how long the company has been in business. If it is a new company, proceed with caution, as, if the company go’s bust you will lose your money.

Business Loans are the loans granted for the use of a business. Business Loan can be used to start a new business, expand the existing business, to buy a new machine or equipment or for any other business related activity.
Business loans be a secured or an unsecured one. Secured Business Loan is a loan that is provided in exchange of property, machines or plants that serves as collateral such as houses, cars, savings accounts or bonds. Secured Business Loan also provides finance for working capital, which can be used to purchase raw material, paying the labour charges etc. Unsecured Business Loan is granted without keeping a property as a security with the lender.
Business Loans can be taken for short, intermediate or for a long term, it depends on you which one do you want to take and for what purpose. Short-term loans are given to businesses that need cash to start operating, this loan is granted for one or less than one year. Intermediate term loan helps businesses to buy equipments and cover initial large expenses, this is granted for a period of one to three years. Long-term loans are used to assist start-up businesses with initial costs and are granted for a period of three to seven years.
Now you would say why only, Business Loan, when other loans are available in the market. Business Loans are tailored specially for people who want funds for their business. Business Loan provides the flexibility to preserve your cash and working capital. Business Loan also helps in managing cash effectively by offering flexible repayment options.
Capital forms an integral part of every business. If you are planning to apply for the Business Loan you need to look into three key issues: -
• Cost - You need to check the cost and risk involved in taking a loan.
• Loan Size - You need to decide the amount of loan you want that would satisfy your need.
• Payback Program - It is very important to decide at the time of taking a loan that how will you repay the loan amount and the monthly installments, otherwise it may create problems for you in future.
You can get a Business Loan from a bank or a financial institution. But shop around and search for as many lenders as you can, you can also look for online lenders. Collect quotes from various lenders and make a comparison among them to get the best deal.
When applying for a loan you need to keep in mind that you must make a loan proposal. Lenders will grant you the loan only if they find your proposal worth because no lender will be interested in taking risk. While writing a loan proposal you should always give industry-specific details so that the lender is able to know in-depth about what business do you want to start or how your present business is run and what market trends affect it.
You should also give details about the existing or proposed business, collateral which you want to keep as a security with the lender, loan repayment plans, personal financial statement and projection of your future operations. The possibility of getting a loan will be higher if you have a good loan proposal and are able to convince the lender about your future business plans.
You can get a secured business Loan if you have CCJs, arrears or bankruptcy. Your bad credit history cannot stop you from getting the cash you needed to invest in your business or to start up your own business.

If you’re interested in outfitting your bathroom like the trendiest designer bathrooms, you have some awesome options to choose from. You can create water flow from interesting places in the bathroom. One trend is to mount the faucet for the sink in your wall, and let it flow into a raised vessel type sink. One very original trend is to mount the faucet for your bathtub in the ceiling so that the water flows down like a waterfall to fill your bath. Lastly, some bathrooms have hidden the tank for the toilet inside the wall to create an entirely different look than your average bathroom. Let’s go back to bathtubs for a minute.
Designer bathrooms almost always include a Jacuzzi style bath tub. One of the latest trends is to create a hydrotherapy pool in your tub. Tubs now come designed to blow air, not water through the jets in order to create that whirlpool feeling. Showers can be just as invigorating as baths. Designer bathroom showers come with a shower heads, adjustable body sprayers, and a hand-held nozzle. The most luxurious showers have the option for steam or even aroma therapy built right in to the shower. For the most cohesive design in your bathroom, choose accessories designed by one designer.
Remember back to the days when you were feeling low with a cold or flu and your mum or dad would wrap you up in a warm blanket and bring you comfort foods to help you feel better and “fight the fever”. Feeling poorly was terrible but a definite upside was all the attention, love, care and tasty filling foods. Inevitably as we all got older the first thing we would do when feeling down was reach for the comfort foods and especially the creamy chicken soup.
Chicken soup is hearty and when vegetables are included contains vitamins, minerals, nutrients, protein, calcium and many more essentials to fight the common illness. There is probably a grain of truth in the old wives tale of eat chicken soup when ill to feel better, however if made with buckets of cream, its not going to do your bums, tums or thighs any good and when accompanied by thick buttery bread, it can only get worse. You are not going to feel to good, when you recover from your illness to discover that you have gained a couple of pounds.
So, how to have the benefits of lovely, tasty chicken soup, get better quickly and maintain your weight until you are well enough to return to your diet?
Firstly, get a low fat chicken soup packed full of fresh vegetables. Roasted vegetables taste fantastic in soups, but if its that really creamy taste you crave but need to cut out, try squash, butternut squash is fantastic and make sure you avoid cream. Check out weight loss sites for free diet receipes and try the chicken soups when you feel well, so you know what to have when ill and consider freezing up a batch. This way when you get struck down by the flu you can heat your soup up straight away, otherwise in your deflated state you might grab the creamy chicken fattening soup. Eat healthy - feel great.
Secondly, wrap yourself up in a warm blanket or have a hot bath and relax. Don’t struggle trying to do all the things you would do normally, you just drag out the illness and could end up feeling bad for weeks. Take one day out of your busy life to rest and re-cooperate. You will feel ten times better ten times quicker and the people around you wont have to suffer from your bad mood as you feel run down for days on end.
Finally, don’t try to continue your diet when you are ill. Your body needs all the help it can get when it is sick and depriving it of food is not going to help you get better. You are more likely to slip off the wagon and gain weight. Take a break and concentrate on not gaining pounds. Increase your fluid intake, lots of water, orange juice is a fantastic source of vitamin c which helps to fight colds and hot drinks will help you to relax. Eat more fruit and vegetables as they include essential elements which help your body to fight illness. Eat plenty of hearty, healthy chicken soup, good for the body and the way you feel all over. If all that doesn’t work consider ringing your parents for a bit of well deserved love and sympathy. Lets face it nothing beats a bit of love when you are down, not even the best chicken soup receipe!
It’s actually quite easy to compare VoIP providers because the technology is so new that the features that each provider offers differ quite a bit. Just like any service, you want to be sure that you get the best deal, and a program that will fit your needs and desires. Luckily, comparing VoIP providers will be quite simple and you’ll quickly be able to select the provider that is best suited to you.
The first thing you’ll want to do when you want to compare VoIP providers is find out which ones offer services in your area. You may be able to eliminate a couple providers just by looking at their areas of service. Once you eliminate the providers that just won’t work out, you’ll have to look at features and price.
One of the biggest differences between VoIP providers is the features that they can offer. Many have very easy to use routers that allow you to use a regular analog signal and digital signal when it’s suitable. Some VoIP providers only allow calls to other VoIP users, and others allow you to call anyone, anywhere, anytime.
If you make a lot of long distance calls you’ll really want to pay attention to the plans and the provider that you go with. Some VoIP providers don’t distinguish between local and long distance calls, so you basically get all your calls one month for just a service fee. Other VoIP service providers don’t allow you to make long distance calls, or they charge exorbitant fees for them. So, the amount of long distance phone calls you make may be the deciding factor in your choice for a VoIP provider.
Do a lot of research, just like you would when you are looking into any service. If you know whom you are dealing with it’s a lot easier to make an educated decision. When you determine exactly what you need then it’s just a matter of matching your needs with what is offered! Good luck, VoIP is definitely the wave of the future and it will only get easier and more advanced!
